Feature Sizing & Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF): Our coaches will facilitate a virtual or in-person workshop to support Product Managers/Owners’ understanding of writing Features, prioritizing Features using WSJF, and building a draft Program/Solution roadmap. 1/2 day or 1 day workshop

Story Sizing & Prioritizing the Team Backlog: Our coaches will facilitate a virtual or in-person workshop to support teams’ understanding of creating vertically-sliced stories, story sizing, and prioritization of the team backlog to support delivery of prioritized Features, Capabilities or EPICs. Pre-requisite to this workshop - Prioritized Features, or an approved 2-3 Program Increment (PI) Roadmap. 1/2 day or 1 day workshop
