Camilla Harp is the CEO, and managing partner of Agility Plus. She is a seasoned, expert Scaled Professional Consultant (SPC) and agile coach with extensive experience in delivering SAFe® curriculum, as well as coaching successful, highly scalable, sustainable programs. Through proven implementation pathways and relentless improvement practices and principles, Camilla works with each client to transform practices, and implement agile in the most successful manner possible. In addition to her primary functions, Camilla has been recognized by clients for her extraordinary commitment to building trusted relationships and coaching key roles. The underlying theme of each step forward is the focus on the SAFe® core values of alignment, transparency, built-in quality and program execution. She has partnered with executive teams across many industries, and fosters energized, effective relationships between teams, programs, portfolios, suppliers, vendors and customers.

Kris Wiesenfeld
Trainer
Kris is an expert in training, coaching, and coordinating the activities of groups to accomplish a common goal with ever increasing productivity to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. He has 25+ years working on and leading teams in startups, medium sized companies, and Fortune 200 enterprise organizations. He has contributions to the F22, Shuttle Ground Station Telemetry, Secure Communications, and various DoD and Commercial software/hardware devices and systems. His background includes development, project/program/product management, and Agile Transformation with a focus on bringing Lean/Agile to real-time and embedded systems development. Kris is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM), and Advanced Scrum Master (ASM). Kris is also certified to teach Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe for Teams (SP), and Leading SAFe (SA)

Bryan Olen
Trainer
Bryan is an IT professional with 27 years of IT experience with expertise in driving strategic initiatives and solution migration management. This experience is coupled with strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills. He has been a integral part of teams implementing large transformations for enterprises such as Charter Communications and CenturyLink; using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe across different domains and business verticals. Bryan also studied principles and practices for business & technology and has a BA from Rutgers University (Economics) and an MBA from Regis University.
