Training Courses
Agility Plus provides public, private, and corporate training, primarily focused on scaling agile within your organization. Course attendees will be eligible to become certified upon completion of their training.

Enterprise Agile Transformations
Agile and agile at scale focus on transforming organizations and teams to deliver prioritized value…predictably. Agility Plus will provide onsite and/or remote coaching and mentoring to executives, leadership and teams through instructor led training (ILT), workshops, and collaboration during key agile events through the critical stages of your transformation (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, etc.).
Throughout the transformation, predetermined indicators (program metrics, team metrics, system metrics) can be measured to provide leadership and teams the information needed to support key decisions and provide customer insights.
